Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Smoothie King as a Part-time Juice Bar Team Member. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about health, wellness, and providing excellent customer service during weekend hours. You’ll be responsible for crafting delicious, nutritious smoothies, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and blend a variety of custom-ordered smoothies and healthy snacks with precision and speed.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including food preparation areas, equipment, and dining space.
- Ensure proper inventory management of ingredients and supplies, assisting with restocking as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
