Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and optimization of Google Workspace tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for internal and client projects.
- Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

- Document operational workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
