Job Description
Join Meineke’s innovative team as a Mobile Car Valet specializing in waterless detailing. This dynamic side gig offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide premium car care services directly to customers at their homes or workplaces. You will be responsible for meticulously cleaning vehicle exteriors and interiors using advanced waterless cleaning techniques and eco-friendly products. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working independently, have a passion for cars, and are committed to sustainable practices. You’ll manage your schedule, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to a greener approach to car maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various customer locations within the Canton, Baltimore area to perform mobile car valeting services.
- Execute comprehensive waterless exterior washes, waxing, and tire shining using eco-friendly products and techniques.
- Perform detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dashboard wiping, window cleaning, and surface sanitization.
- Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services.
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle cleaning.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any specific requests or concerns.
- Manage and replenish a mobile detailing kit, ensuring all necessary tools and supplies are available.
- Accurately track services performed and submit necessary documentation or reports.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations related to waterless car care.
Required Skills
