Job Description

Are you passionate about gaming and eager to launch your career in IT support? Concentrix is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for an EA Sports Technical Support I role, specifically designed for those looking to gain valuable IT experience. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for EA Sports players, providing comprehensive technical assistance for their beloved games. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your troubleshooting skills, customer service expertise, and build a strong foundation in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support to EA Sports players via phone, email, and chat, addressing game-related issues, connectivity problems, and account management queries.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps, software installations, and account recovery processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EA Sports titles, platforms, and common technical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall support processes.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and professional communication.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and network connectivity.
