Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and insightful Online New Perspective Mentor to join our expanding network of coaching professionals. In this role, you will empower individuals to reframe their challenges, shift their mindset, and unlock new possibilities for growth and achievement. This is a fully remote position where you will provide one-on-one virtual mentorship, guiding mentees through structured programs and personalized sessions designed to foster resilience, clarity, and a positive outlook. You will utilize your expertise to help individuals identify limiting beliefs, develop actionable strategies, and cultivate a growth-oriented perspective on their personal and professional journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and personalized one-on-one online mentorship sessions with assigned mentees.
- Guide mentees in identifying their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate perspective-shifting discussions to help mentees reframe obstacles into opportunities.
- Develop and implement customized action plans that align with mentees' aspirations.
- Monitor mentee progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt strategies as needed.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of mentorship sessions and mentee development.
- Collaborate with the BetterUp team to share insights and contribute to program development.
- Adhere to BetterUp's ethical guidelines and best practices for online mentorship.

- Certification from a recognized coaching or mentorship program (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
- Background in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields.
- Experience with various coaching methodologies or therapeutic approaches.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and virtual engagement strategies.
- Prior experience in a fully remote work environment.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
