Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Weekend Ticket Agent to join our team in Antioch, CA. This part-time role is crucial for providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process. You will be the first point of contact for many travelers, representing Southwest Airlines with professionalism and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers warmly and assist with check-in procedures, including verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes.

  • Provide accurate flight information, manage passenger inquiries, and resolve issues related to ticketing, rebooking, and cancellations.
  • Operate airport ticketing systems and maintain strict adherence to airline policies and security regulations.
  • Assist passengers with special needs or requests, ensuring a comfortable and accessible travel experience.
  • Collaborate with ground crew and flight attendants to ensure timely departures and efficient gate operations.
