Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, soda machines) under supervision.
- Conduct basic repairs, such as tightening loose fixtures, replacing light bulbs, or troubleshooting minor electrical issues.
- Assist with the assembly and installation of new equipment when necessary.
- Regularly inspect facilities for potential hazards or needed repairs and report findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during maintenance tasks.
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to enhance repair and maintenance skills.
- Support the operational team by quickly addressing urgent minor maintenance needs.
- Document completed maintenance tasks and report any significant issues requiring external professional assistance.
