Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and food items accurately and efficiently, following Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and processing payments with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, service areas, condiment bar, and seating.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both partners and customers.
• Assist with opening procedures, ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for early morning customers.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Engage with customers and create genuine connections, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
