Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of critical company records. This position requires exceptional precision, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. You will be a key player in ensuring our documentation systems support our operational efficiency and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately categorize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular audits of record systems to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
  • Process and manage requests for information and documents from various departments, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of improved record-keeping strategies and systems.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date catalog of all managed records.
  • Ensure compliance with data retention schedules and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and administrative processes.
  • Prepare reports on record status, retrieval statistics, and system performance.
