Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our bustling Houston office in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. This role is crucial in creating a positive and lasting impression for all visitors and callers, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative support functions within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring a polished first impression.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Manage visitor registration and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Act as a central point of contact for general inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist in coordinating company events and meetings.
