Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with product inquiries and location, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Support merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and arranging products.
- Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring proper storage and inventory.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a high school or college program.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
