Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Medication reminders and appointment scheduling.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Proof of auto insurance.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with memory care or chronic conditions.
