Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Cloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team for weekend nightlife events at our premier venue in El Paso. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced social environment, enjoy interacting with guests, and are committed to providing excellent service. As a Cloakroom Attendant, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, ensuring their belongings are safely stored and efficiently returned, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable nightlife experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide instructions for cloakroom services.
  • Efficiently and securely check in guests' coats, bags, and other personal items.
  • Issue clear and accurate claim tickets and ensure accurate retrieval of items.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and secure cloakroom area throughout the shift.
  • Handle all transactions, including payment processing for services, accurately.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to cloakroom services professionally and courteously.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding guest service, safety, and security.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Manage lost and found items according to established protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, particularly in nightlife or events.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
