Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Factory Verifier to join our remote team. This crucial role involves remotely verifying the operational status, compliance, and performance of industrial systems and equipment located at various client sites globally. You will utilize advanced monitoring tools, data analytics, and remote access platforms to ensure our industrial solutions are functioning optimally and adhering to established standards. This is a 100% remote position, requiring strong technical acumen and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote verification of industrial system configurations, software versions, and operational parameters against design specifications and compliance mandates.
  • Monitor real-time data feeds and historical logs from industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and IoT devices to detect anomalies or potential issues.
  • Generate detailed verification reports, highlighting discrepancies, performance metrics, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with on-site technicians and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified system discrepancies remotely.
  • Perform routine audits of system data to ensure data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analytics.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of remote verification protocols and checklists.
  • Stay updated with the latest industrial automation technologies and cybersecurity best practices relevant to remote operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and industrial control logic (e.g., PLC, DCS).
  • Experience with remote monitoring and diagnostic tools for industrial equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data verification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report generation and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Basic understanding of industrial network protocols (e.g., Modbus, PROFINET, OPC UA).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in industrial automation, cybersecurity, or specific vendor technologies (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal).
  • Previous experience in a remote support, verification, or quality assurance role within an industrial setting.
