Topgolf East Nashville is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Member Service Rep, you’ll be the friendly face of Topgolf, guiding guests through their experience, ensuring their needs are met, and contributing to a lively and engaging atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and members upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming first and last impression.
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins, reservations, and bay assignments using our proprietary system.
- Actively engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and accurately reconcile daily transactions.
- Provide comprehensive information about Topgolf services, membership options, events, and promotions.
- Proactively resolve guest inquiries and issues with a positive attitude, escalating complex situations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest flow and service delivery.
- Contribute to a high-energy and fun atmosphere for all guests.
- Uphold Topgolf's standards of safety and service excellence at all times.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Cash handling experience and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
- Knowledge of golf or sports entertainment is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
