No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, full training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages accurately.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Provide local information and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Learn and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with hotel operating systems (PMS) is a plus (training provided).
  • Second language proficiency.
