Job Description
Join the Netflix team as a Support Clerk and provide exceptional customer service from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to streaming, account access, billing, and device compatibility.
- Educate members on Netflix features, services, and troubleshooting steps.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Adhere to established performance metrics and quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features and service changes.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with various operating systems and devices.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
