Job Description
Are you a master of EA Sports FC? Do you live and breathe competitive FIFA/FC gameplay? Electronic Arts is looking for passionate, detail-oriented evaluators to join our team for EA Sports FC 24/25. This 100% remote contract role focuses on analyzing competitive gameplay, providing critical feedback on game mechanics, balance, and overall player experience. You will be instrumental in identifying potential exploits, ensuring fair play, and contributing to the evolution of the game’s competitive integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly play and evaluate EA Sports FC 24/25, specifically focusing on competitive modes and gameplay.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and potential exploits within the game engine and mechanics.
- Analyze game balance, player meta-strategies, and competitive fairness.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on gameplay features, controls, and overall user experience from a competitive perspective.
- Participate in remote review sessions and collaborate with development and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all game content and development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with competitive EA Sports FC trends, professional players, and community feedback.
Required Skills
- Exceptional understanding and high-level proficiency in EA Sports FC (formerly FIFA) competitive gameplay.
- Demonstrable experience playing at a high competitive level (e.g., Weekend League Elite, professional circuit participation, high Division Rivals rank).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify subtle gameplay nuances and potential issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with PC and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in game testing, quality assurance, or competitive game evaluation.
- Knowledge of game development pipelines and terminology.
- Experience with bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Active participation in the EA Sports FC esports community.
