Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on creating innovative applications with a strong emphasis on Pinterest integration. This role requires expertise in both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) platforms, with a significant part of your work involving leveraging the Pinterest API to build engaging and feature-rich user experiences. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance mobile applications that align with our clients’ strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technology, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS and Android applications using native development frameworks (Swift/Kotlin).
- Integrate Pinterest APIs and SDKs to create seamless social sharing, content discovery, and e-commerce functionalities within our mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing application performance and responsiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends, tools, and best practices, especially concerning social media platform integrations.
- Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C for iOS development.
- Proficiency in Kotlin/Java for Android development.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and mobile SDKs.
- Demonstrable experience integrating and working with the Pinterest API.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for mobile backend integration.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.
- Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVI).
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media-focused application development.
