Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and log laboratory specimens according to established protocols.
- Prepare specimens for testing, which may include aliquoting, centrifugation, and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including laboratory equipment and workstations.
- Monitor and stock laboratory supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Perform basic data entry and record-keeping related to specimen processing.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies.
- Assist laboratory technologists and scientists with routine tasks as needed.
- Dispose of biohazardous waste in accordance with safety guidelines.
