Job Description
Are you passionate about live events and looking for a fantastic opportunity to earn cash while working in a high-energy environment? Cuffe & Taylor is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Festival Event Crew members for short-term contracts in Belfast’s vibrant Cathedral Quarter. This is a brilliant chance to get behind-the-scenes experience at major festivals and events, perfect for those with a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a buzzing team. No prior experience is necessary – we’re looking for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and ready to jump in!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of festival sites, including staging, marquees, and event infrastructure.
- Support site management with general tasks such as waste management, signage placement, and area tidiness.
- Direct attendees and manage queues efficiently and courteously.
- Provide general assistance to festival-goers and staff, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members and supervisors to meet event deadlines.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Perform various other ad-hoc duties as required to support event operations.
Required Skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a public-facing role.
- Familiarity with event environments or outdoor work.
- First Aid certification (advantageous but not essential).
