Job Description
Join the Greggs team as a Fast Food Cashier and be the friendly face of our brand in Headingley, Leeds. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who love customer interaction and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. We offer a supportive workplace and cover the cost of your DBS check, making it easier for you to start your career with us. Full training will be provided, so previous experience isn’t essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the till system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, answering questions about menu items.
- Process orders quickly, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and tidy service area, including the till point and front-of-house.
- Assist with basic food preparation and serving when required.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
