Key Responsibilities
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate Truist products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balance cash drawer daily.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
