Job Description
Are you a sports enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Allied Universal is recruiting for a unique and exciting part-time role as a Sporting Event Mystery Usher. This is your chance to immerse yourself in the thrill of live sporting events while playing a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees. As a Mystery Usher, you will discreetly observe and evaluate various aspects of event operations, guest services, and venue management. Your objective feedback will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and maintaining the high standards our events are known for. No prior ushering experience is required – we provide all necessary training to help you succeed in this covert yet critical position!
Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly observe and document event operations, including staff performance, crowd management, and guest interactions.
- Identify and report areas for improvement in event flow, customer service, and venue cleanliness.
- Provide objective feedback on overall atmosphere, adherence to safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain anonymity and blend in with the crowd while performing observational duties.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports after each assigned event, outlining observations and suggestions.
- Adhere to all company policies, venue regulations, and ethical guidelines during assignments.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, discreetly, and maintain composure in dynamic environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting assignment schedules.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting.
- Genuine passion for sporting events and understanding of spectator experience.
