Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Apple Executive Liaison to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership. This critical remote role ensures seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and strategic coordination for key executives primarily supporting London-based operations. You will act as a central point of contact, managing complex calendars, facilitating crucial meetings, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. This position demands a keen eye for detail, superb communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK, although primary support will be for London-based executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for multiple executives, including international time zone coordination.
- Organize and coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional quality.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, emails, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for confidential information and records.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data gathering as required by executives.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with precision.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between executives and their teams, as well as cross-functional departments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Apple productivity software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
