Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Operations Clerk with a strong business support focus to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute from anywhere within the United States. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our online business processes. You will perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks, providing essential support to various departments and helping to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for online orders, product information, and customer records.
  • Monitor and process online transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, reconciling discrepancies and updating online stock levels.
  • Provide administrative support to business teams, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
  • Respond to and resolve operational inquiries from internal teams, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation related to online operations and business support.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including customer service, merchandising, and IT, to ensure seamless online operations.
  • Identify and report potential system issues or process inefficiencies, suggesting improvements for optimized workflow.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer navigation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office space.
