Job Description
Are you an early bird looking for a steady morning shift that leaves your afternoons free? McDonald’s in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a dedicated Breakfast Crew Member to join our energetic team! Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items according to McDonald's quality standards and food safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and toasters.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met throughout the shift.
- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stock and replenish food items, condiments, and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak breakfast hours.
Required Skills
- Ability to work reliably and punctually from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with McDonald's products and menu.
