Job Description
Join The Sunflower Bistro team as a Part-time Bistro Server, focusing on weekend lunch shifts and additional Monday-Friday availability. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide outstanding service to our cherished guests. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and guide them through our menu offerings, including daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process payments and manage cash, credit card, and other transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and breakdown.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
