Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Transformation Lead to spearhead large-scale change initiatives for our diverse client portfolio. This pivotal role involves leading complex organizational transformations, focusing on strategy development, program management, and robust change adoption. As a Transformation Lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to define transformation objectives, design implementation roadmaps, and ensure successful execution, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, but candidates should be prepared for potential client travel when necessary to drive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale transformation programs across various client organizations.
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to build consensus and drive commitment to transformation goals.
- Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program execution.
- Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
- Champion innovative approaches and best practices in organizational change and transformation.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate transformation vision, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program management, and complex project delivery.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience across multiple industries and business functions.
- Familiarity with digital transformation technologies and trends.
- Prior experience in a Big Four consulting firm.
