Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and stable Remote Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and communications entirely via computer systems and digital tools. You will be the first point of contact for many, providing crucial support and ensuring a smooth flow of information. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume of incoming calls, transferring to appropriate departments or individuals using VoIP systems.
  • Answer general inquiries and provide information to callers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using digital calendar and scheduling software.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and records in the CRM system.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as email management and document organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all callers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to relevant personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including data privacy.

Required Skills
