Job Description
As a Remote Lifestyle Architect at CoachHub, you will be instrumental in empowering individuals to design and achieve their ideal lives. This unique role focuses on custom life design, working closely with a diverse range of clients to identify their aspirations, overcome challenges, and build actionable strategies for holistic well-being and personal fulfillment. You will leverage advanced coaching methodologies and our proprietary platform to guide clients through transformational journeys, fostering sustainable habits and a balanced lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their personal vision, values, and lifestyle goals.
- Co-create personalized 'life design blueprints' that encompass career, health, relationships, finance, and personal growth.
- Provide expert 1:1 coaching sessions via video, guiding clients through goal setting, progress tracking, and accountability.
- Develop and deliver customized strategies and tools to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
- Integrate mindfulness, productivity, and well-being practices into client programs.
- Monitor client progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt coaching strategies as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CoachHub's life design methodologies and resources.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards of coaching practice.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in life coaching, executive coaching, or a related consulting field with a strong focus on personal development.
- Proven track record of guiding individuals through significant personal or professional transformations.
- Exceptional active listening, empathy, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client populations.
- Proficiency in setting SMART goals and developing actionable plans.
- Deep understanding of human psychology, motivation, and behavior change principles.
- Comfortable using digital coaching platforms and virtual communication tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification or equivalent professional coaching credential (PCC, MCC).
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with design thinking principles applied to personal development.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
