This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home within Wesley Chapel, FL, or surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support to Netflix members via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of member inquiries, including account management, billing, content access, and technical streaming issues across multiple devices.
- Educate members on Netflix features, services, and subscription options.
- Document all member interactions clearly and concisely in our support systems.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all member interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple web-based applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
