Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete IKEA Kallax assembly tasks posted by clients in your service area.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding task details, scheduling, and any potential issues.
- Travel to client locations with necessary tools and equipment to complete assembly.
- Follow IKEA assembly instructions meticulously to ensure safe and sturdy construction of Kallax units and related products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with the completed assembly.
- Manage your own schedule and availability through the TaskRabbit platform.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices during assembly.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in IKEA furniture assembly, with specific expertise in the Kallax series.
- Reliable access to your own tools, including screwdrivers, Allen wrenches, and a mallet.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation to travel to client locations in New Port Richey and surrounding areas.
- Access to a smartphone to use the TaskRabbit app.
