Job Description
Are you passionate about pristine vehicles and providing excellent customer service? IMO Car Wash in Sunderland is seeking a dedicated Hand Car Wash Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by the potential for daily pay and tips. You will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle leaves our site sparkling clean, meeting our high standards of quality and efficiency. We are looking for someone reliable, energetic, and ready to contribute to a positive customer experience. Full training will be provided, so while experience is a plus, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough hand washing and drying of vehicles, ensuring a spotless finish.
- Apply various cleaning products and techniques safely and effectively.
- Vacuum vehicle interiors and clean windows to a high standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries politely.
- Operate car wash equipment and tools safely and according to guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to manage customer flow and vehicle queues.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and address any missed spots before customer handover.
