Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Clinical Aide to join our healthcare team for weekend support. This vital role involves assisting medical staff in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. As a Clinical Aide, you will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our weekend services, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene.
  • Support nurses and other medical professionals by performing routine tasks such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and documenting observations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
  • Transport patients and equipment within the facility as needed.
  • Respond to patient calls promptly and relay concerns to the appropriate nursing staff.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Physical stamina to perform duties including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
