Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to start your career in hospitality? Greene King is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team in Bradford. No experience is necessary – we’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service. This role offers flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle and ensures tips are paid weekly. You’ll be a vital part of our pub’s atmosphere, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests while developing valuable skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to tables and customers at the bar.
- Prepare and mix a variety of drinks, including pouring beers and spirits.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the establishment.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
