Job Description
Join the Hilton Waikoloa Village team as a Playground Host, specifically catering to teenagers in our vibrant children’s entertainment programs. This is a unique opportunity for energetic 15-year-olds to gain valuable experience in a resort setting, working directly with guests and contributing to a fun, safe, and engaging environment. You will be instrumental in organizing and facilitating activities, ensuring teen guests have an unforgettable experience while adhering to all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with teen guests (ages 13-17) in a friendly and professional manner.
- Supervise and lead organized activities such as sports, games, crafts, and informal social gatherings.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in the designated playground and activity areas.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up activity spaces and equipment.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and resort staff.
- Follow all resort policies and safety guidelines rigorously.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years old at the time of application.

Preferred Qualifications
