Job Description
Are you passionate about mobile applications and eager to share your insights? Google is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented App Testers & Reviewers to work remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the quality and user experience of various mobile applications. You will be responsible for testing apps on your personal smartphone, identifying bugs, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a seamless user journey. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and exploratory testing on various mobile applications across different platforms (Android, iOS).
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear and concise descriptions.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on app functionality, design, performance, and overall user experience.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure the stability of new app features.
- Participate in feedback sessions and communicate findings effectively to product teams.
- Adhere to testing guidelines and project timelines.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technology and app trends.
Required Skills
- Ownership of a personal smartphone (Android or iOS) with a stable internet connection.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective written communication skills for reporting bugs and providing feedback.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and user interfaces.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in app testing, quality assurance, or user experience roles.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
