Job Description
Are you a connoisseur of fine cocktails and vibrant social scenes? Do you possess a keen eye for detail and a knack for discreet observation? Hyatt Regency Plano invites you to become a Cocktail Lounge Evaluator, a unique and exciting part-time role. You will be instrumental in ensuring our cocktail lounges consistently deliver an outstanding social environment, top-tier service, and exquisite beverages. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to influence the guest experience and help maintain our reputation for excellence by providing candid, insightful feedback on all aspects of our lounge operations, from ambiance to server interaction and drink quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit designated cocktail lounges within the Hyatt Regency Plano property.
- Evaluate the overall social environment, including ambiance, music, and guest interactions.
- Assess the quality of service provided by bartenders and servers, including attentiveness, knowledge, and efficiency.
- Evaluate the presentation and quality of cocktails and other beverages.
- Observe and report on cleanliness, organization, and adherence to service standards.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive written feedback after each evaluation.
- Identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement in lounge operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all evaluation findings.
