Job Description
Ideal Image in Downtown Fayetteville is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Aesthetics Nurse (RN) with a strong focus on Botox and dermal filler injections. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional client care, performing advanced aesthetic procedures, and contributing to a thriving practice through your expertise and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive client consultations, assessing needs and developing personalized treatment plans for Botox and dermal fillers.
- Administer injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) safely and effectively, adhering to all medical protocols and standards.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, product recommendations, and long-term aesthetic goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history, consent forms, and progress notes.
- Ensure the highest standards of client safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest aesthetic techniques and products.
- Contribute to the clinic's success by promoting services, achieving sales targets, and fostering client loyalty.
- Maintain a sterile and organized treatment environment.
Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience administering Botox and dermal fillers in a medical aesthetics setting.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to client safety and satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in aesthetic injectables (e.g., through an accredited aesthetics training program).
- Experience with other aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser treatments, microneedling).
- Sales or customer service experience in a luxury service environment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
