Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Flow Verifier – Smart Working Supply to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and verifying the flow of goods, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal logistics performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of inbound and outbound logistics flows.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory, shipments, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in product movement, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize logistics management systems and tools to track and report on key performance indicators.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Prepare detailed reports on verification activities, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Prior experience in a quality control or verification role within a logistics environment.
