Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey, Florida. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate administrative functions, providing crucial support to various departments and executives. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned executives and departments, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members by preparing workstations and necessary documentation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or certification in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or large corporate environment.
