Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Email & Life Admin Helper to support our team with various administrative tasks, email management, and personal assistance needs. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a mix of remote work and local on-site presence in Cedar Rapids. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, drafting responses and organizing mailboxes as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Run local errands and assist with personal administrative tasks as required for executives.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on outstanding items.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Previous experience in a hybrid or remote administrative support role.
