Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist Representative to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our hospital. In this crucial role, you will manage the front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors, patients, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding our standard of care and service. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors, patients, and staff with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently using a multi-line phone system.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with patient registration and intake processes as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Address inquiries and provide information regarding hospital services and directions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operational flow.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
