Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our Online Customer Care team in Winnipeg. This is a unique opportunity to provide essential support to our valued customers during flexible night shifts, ensuring they receive prompt and effective assistance with their service inquiries, technical issues, and account management needs. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through various online channels, playing a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms during designated night shifts.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data privacy and service standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and provide patient, supportive assistance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in online customer service, call center, or a technical support role.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services (internet, TV, mobile).
- Experience with CRM software and chat platforms.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
