Job Description
Are you passionate about data, information organization, and building intelligent systems? IBM is seeking a Junior Knowledge Graph Associate to join our innovative team. This is an entry-level position designed for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in the exciting field of knowledge graphs. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, working alongside experienced professionals to develop skills in data modeling, ontology design, semantic web technologies, and graph databases. If you have a foundational understanding of data structures and a strong desire to learn, we encourage you to apply. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US, with a base in Biloxi, MS.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to learn about knowledge graph concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Assist in the design and development of knowledge graph schemas and ontologies under senior guidance.
- Support the ingestion, transformation, and linking of diverse datasets into the knowledge graph.
- Help with data quality assurance and validation to ensure the integrity of the knowledge graph.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to solution development.
- Document processes, methodologies, and technical specifications for knowledge graph components.
- Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with emerging trends in semantic web and AI.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues within the knowledge graph environment.
Required Skills

- Basic understanding of data structures and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
