Job Description
Boise State University is seeking motivated and detail-oriented students to join our team as a Student Data Entry Specialist. This is a flexible part-time position designed to accommodate your academic schedule, allowing you to gain valuable professional experience while pursuing your studies. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing critical data, contributing to the efficient operation of various university departments. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting a variety of data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
- Organizing and filing electronic documents and physical records.
- Performing routine data clean-up and maintenance tasks.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as required.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure data consistency.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled as a student at Boise State University or a local institution.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Reliable and responsible work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with data entry or administrative support.
