Job Description

Are you ready for an exciting summer outdoors, helping to create memorable experiences for thousands of festival-goers? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Festival Stewards to join our team for various summer events in the Henderson area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for temporary summer work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. As a Festival Steward, you will be the friendly face of our events, ensuring safety, providing assistance, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the festival. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist festival attendees with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Provide information regarding festival schedules, facilities, and general inquiries.
  • Monitor designated areas to ensure safety and adherence to festival rules and regulations.
  • Direct foot traffic and manage crowd flow efficiently and courteously.
  • Assist with entry and exit procedures, including ticket scanning and wristband checks.
  • Report any safety concerns, incidents, or suspicious activities to appropriate management.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and order within your assigned zones.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow stewards, security, and event staff.
  • Act as an ambassador for Live Nation and the festival, ensuring a positive experience for all.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, often outdoors.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, event support, or hospitality roles.
  • Familiarity with large-scale outdoor events or festivals.
  • First aid certification (a plus, but not required).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, throughout the summer season.
