Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Warehouse Aide to join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Stockton, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and process incoming shipments.
- Efficiently stow products in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Pick customer orders using handheld scanners and follow established procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring items are secure and correctly labeled.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and metrics.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanning devices.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or order pickers (certification a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
