Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Retail Review Classifier with a strong focus on brand protection to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and classifying customer-submitted content on our platform to ensure compliance with Amazon’s strict community guidelines and brand protection policies. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a trusted and authentic shopping experience for our customers and safeguarding our brands from misuse, fraud, and policy violations. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in New Port Richey, FL, or surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately classify customer reviews and other user-generated content based on established guidelines and policies.
- Identify and report content that violates Amazon's brand protection, intellectual property, product safety, and community guidelines.
- Apply critical thinking and judgment to complex cases, ensuring consistent and fair application of policies.
- Collaborate with team leads and policy experts to clarify ambiguous situations and improve classification accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving content policies, brand guidelines, and enforcement best practices.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Provide feedback on tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of content moderation.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with standard office software and ability to quickly learn new tools.

- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a similar review-based role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and user-generated content.
